Return Policy

MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return the unused, undamaged item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price.  Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in the case of manufacturer’s defects or freight damage.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of the manufacturer’s defects.  If you cancel your order, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded if the order has already been shipped, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

What You Will Need To Do Is…

• Contact us for a return label
• Once you receive the return label, box the item(s) to be returned, place the return label on the box and ship the item(s) back to us
• Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect the item(s) then process your request for refund.

 Please allow 15 days from the time you return your item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

The customer will be charged $50.00 for each returned check, plus all legal fees and court costs incurred by the company.
